You acknowledge that you are not under any legal obligation to provide us with any Personal Data, and that the provision of Personal Data is entirely voluntary and subject to your informed consent. However, please be advised that failure to provide us with certain required information may result in our inability to provide you with the Service, or that you may be prevented from using the Website or parts thereof, as applicable.
    2. Personal Data you provide about another individual or third party. To the extent that you use the Website for another individual, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you are authorized and have obtained all relevant consents required under any law both to perform actions for such individual and to provide the Website Operator with their Personal Data, for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, and that you have informed them of the terms of this Privacy Policy.
    3. By providing Personal Data you hereby represent and warrant that all information you provide to us is true, accurate, complete, clear, and up to date.     1. Information You Provide Through the Website
      1. Personal Data you provide when registering or logging in to the personal area, for the purposes of receiving information or data, or making inquiries regarding insurance policies and relevant savings under your name. You may be required to provide Personal Data such as first and last name, email address, phone number, date of birth and ID number.
      2. Personal Data that you provide when using the contact form available on the Website, including your full name, email address, phone number and any additional information you choose to enter as part of the inquiry.
        The Company will use said information in order to contact you and provide you with a response in connection with your inquiry. It is clarified that any information submitted in the free-text field will be transmitted to us “as is”. Therefore, we kindly ask that you provide only the information necessary for handling your request.
      3. Personal Data that you provide when as part of communications between you and us, including, but not limited to, correspondence with us via email, telephone, our official WhatsApp channel, or any other means of communication.
      4. Personal Data provided as part of registration to our direct mailing lists, including full name, email address, and phone number.
        Subject to your explicit consent to receive updates and/or marketing communications and promotional materials, you hereby agree that the Company will send you, from time to time, promotional and/or marketing material regarding the Company and/or the products and/or the services offered by it through various means, including email, SMS messages, or WhatsApp. Such updates may constitute an “advertisement” as defined in the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742 1982.

    2. Personal Data that we receive about you from third parties. As part of the Service that we provide through the Website, and following your consent, such as by completing the relevant forms, we may, from time to time, receive and/or otherwise obtain Personal Data about you as provided to us by relevant third parties, such as the Ministry of Finance, for the purpose of obtaining details regarding insurance policies and relevant savings under your name.
      Any Personal Data we receive from third parties is under the sole responsibility of the relevant third party, including the responsibility for verifying such Personal Data with you. The company shall have no legal and/or other liability in connection with the receipt, retention, and/or use of incorrect and/or outdated Personal Data provided to the Company from third parties.
    3. Information collected through cookies or similar technological tools. When you access or use the Website, we collect technical information about your device and certain technical and usage information through technological tools, as detailed below in Section ‎5.
  3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

    1. Without derogating from the foregoing, the processing of Personal Data is carried out for the following purposes:
      • Operation and maintenance of the Website.
      • Provision of the Service, including providing a financial overview, providing proposals regarding the terms of existing policies and the terms of pension and financial savings, and providing offers regarding insurance.
      • Information security and cyber protection, including fraud prevention and verification of your identity on the Website.
      • Customer relations and communications, including the delivery of information regarding products we offer our customers, information we are required to send you, and other relevant information, communicating with you through the contact details you provided to us, in connection with the products and services we provide, and the delivery of price quotations to your email address.
      • Sending promotional material, newsletters, and updates regarding new services we offer via telephone, email or any other means of communication.
      • Disclosure of Personal Data to representatives of the Company or affiliated companies, for the purpose of contacting the User in order to complete the purchase process of the insurance.

      • Establishment and defense of legal rights, to protect our operations, legal rights, privacy, security, or property, including those of our affiliated companies, yours, or third parties, and to enable us to seek legal remedies, mitigate or prevent potential damages, and for any other legitimate purpose permitted to us under applicable law.
      • In order to create aggregated or anonymized data from Personal Data provided by you or collected by us in connection with your use of the Website. Such data will be used to improve the Website and/or the user experience, evaluate how users use the Website, and for the management and operation of the Website, including troubleshooting and security.
  4. Disclosure of Information To Third Parties

    We may disclose or otherwise transfer your Personal Data to third parties, whether located in Israel or in other jurisdictions (including jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection under Israeli law), as detailed below:

    2. The User acknowledges and agrees to the transfer of Personal Data provided through the Website by the Company to the “Har HaBituach” system and/or to the Pension Clearing House for the purpose of performing the Service, sub-agents, etc.

    4. As required by law, including pursuant to a court order, a demand by a competent authority, or in connection with legal proceedings, to the extent conducted, which involve the User and the Company, and/or any third party acting on its behalf.

In connection with a transfer or assignment of the Company’s businesses or assets, reorganization, merger, joint ventures and other transactions relating to the Company’s business, including financing transactions (including in the context of negotiations leading up to such transactions), or in the context of bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings.
    6. Personal Data will be transferred to third-party providers of tools used as part of the Service, for the purpose of information processing, use, training, and improvement of such tools and our services which are based on them.
