Pension Insurance Agency (2015) Ltd., H.P. 515234433 (“the Company”, “the Site Operator”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy will detail how
we use the information collected about you (“the User”, “you”, “your”, “customer”) when using the Site or the Service (as defined in the Terms of Use), with whom
we share the information and what your rights are in relation to the information. The Policy also includes information on the use of Cookies.

    1. Welcome to the website https://www.advice-fp.com (hereinafter: the “Site”) operated and managed by Advice F.P. Pension Insurance Agency (2015) Ltd., 6 Efal St., Petah Tikva (hereinafter: the “Site Operator” or “Advice”). Use of the Site and the service offered therein is subject to the Terms of Use appearing below, as and as may be updated from time to time by the Site Operator (hereinafter: the “Terms of Use”), as well as to the Privacy Policy available here [link should be added] (hereinafter: the “Privacy Policy”), which forms an integral part of the Terms of Use.
    2. Before using the Site for any purpose or purpose (including the service offered therein), you are requested to carefully read the Terms of Use, which constitute the legal basis for any discussion between you and the Site Operator in relation to the Site and the Service (including any engagement and/or negotiation for engagement that will be made as a result thereof, including any document that will be transmitted to the User as part of and/or in connection with it).       “Material(s)” or “Content” means information or data of any kind (including text contained in a questionnaire, graphic language, logo, data, images, etc.)
      that are displayed or appear on the Site, and all of them, whether owned by the Site Operator or owned by a third party that grants the Site Operator the right to use it; (c)
      “Use” means any browsing and/or entry and/or viewing and/or visit by a User to the Site, for any purpose whatsoever, including for the purpose of receiving the Service.

  2. The Service

    1. The Site provides access to an online platform through which it is possible to obtain an up-to-date snapshot (according to the data received by the Site Operator as of the date of the last data retrieval) of the User’s financial situation, which includes, among other things, the User’s existing savings and insurance policies, in accordance with the personal information entered by him, and/or any personal information received about the User from third parties, as part of the service that the Site Operator provides, including, the Israeli Ministry of Finance, the Pension Clearing House, the “Insurance Mountain” system or other institutional bodies active in the fields of insurance and savings, after receiving consent and completing the necessary forms by the User as detailed below. The Site provides, among other things, information in the fields of life insurance, health insurance and pension savings and financial investments (collectively, hereinafter: “the Service”).
    2. Receiving the service is conditional on filling out a questionnaire and/or relevant forms in which the user will be required to provide contact information and personal details that may include
      “personal information” or “particularly sensitive information” (as defined in the Privacy Protection Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”) about him

      the details provided are true and accurate.
    3. Upon completion of the questionnaire, the user will be presented with possible offers for insurance and pension and financial savings products. It is clarified that the offers and results presented to the user on the site may present amounts that are not final and/or updated, and may be subject to changes arising from the terms, restrictions and user responses to the medical questionnaire, as determined by the product manufacturers, as well as the date of data generation through the pension clearing system and the site operator’s initial assumptions regarding future returns and interest rates. Upon the user’s selection of one of the offers, a representative from the site operator will contact the user to receive additional details and complete the insurance contract contracting process.
    4. The service offered to the user within the framework of the website is free of charge.

  3. Privacy Policy

    1. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Use, and we recommend that you review it carefully before using the Site.
    2. For the avoidance of doubt, and without derogating from the provisions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the Site Operator is not responsible for the use made of personal information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) provided on the Site by external parties. By using the Site, you confirm that you will not have any claim and/or claim and/or demand against the Site Operator and anyone on its behalf due to this.

    2. The user agrees and confirms that he is aware of the limitations of the Internet regarding information security on the network and releases the website operator from any liability in this regard.

The user releases the website operator and/or its shareholders and/or managers and/or employees and/or anyone on its behalf from liability for any injury, damage, claim, demand, liability, out-of-pocket expense, loss or any other payment incurred by him in connection with the aforementioned.
    2. The website operator will not be liable for any engagement and/or negotiation for engagement that will be made as a result of the service offered on the website with any third party, including any document that will be transmitted to the user as part of and/or in connection with the service.
    3. The website operator and/or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible for the information found on other websites or external websites, mentioned on the website or linked to the website by means of links (“links”) or in any other way, and they will not be liable for any damages that you may incur, if any, due to reliance on the information found on these websites or its use.
    4.   9. Indemnification

  11. Assignment

    The website operator may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use, or any part thereof, to any third party as it deems appropriate and without any obligation on the part of the website operator to publish the assignment, as aforesaid, on the website.</span<

  12. Governing Law

    The Halal Law of the Site, the Service and the Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction in all matters relating to the Terms of Use and/or the Site shall be the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
